Located on the outskirts of Ilsenburg on one side and the Harz Mountains on the other, the Baum-Lofts are both beautifully situated and convenient. We felt very comfortable in the tastefully designed and furnished lofts—a lovely, peaceful place.

We had a wonderful long weekend in this lovely house. We were welcomed by a lovely handwritten note ♥️ Michael was welcoming and easy to communicate with the entire time. The house had plenty of space both inside and out; it’s well-designed and well-equipped. It invites coziness, togetherness, and tranquility. There were 7 adults and 1 teenager, and we all loved the house. We’d love to come back, and we highly recommend this wonderful house. Line and family

Highly recommended—you’ll feel right at home! The house is modern, cozy, and personally decorated with great attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you could need—it’s fully equipped inside and features plenty of terraces and seating areas in the garden for any time of day and any weather. The surroundings are peaceful, with a beautiful forest and beach nearby. Sæby is a very charming harbor town worth visiting, with plenty of shopping options and a rich history!

We just felt so at home. A wonderful house in a wonderful location. There were several places to sit outside, and a magnificent view from each of the many large windows. Just the right place to relax to the fullest! Leezen is also a perfect starting point for trips to Lübeck or Hamburg.

We enjoyed the cosy athmosphere of the Sommerhuset during rainy days, with the woodstove burning, baking pancakes, reading, playing games. On sunny days, the lovely garden with its terraces, patio, barbecue facilities , boule course and so many more was a green paradise. And the location itself, with approx. 1 hr driving / ferry distance to Copenhagen, Roskilde and Holbaek, made an ideal homebase to explore cities and the countryside. Everything we needed was supplied in the island’s supermarket, with a cafe nearby. This holiday was just relaxing, and we spent an unforgettable time on Oro island.
