A beautifully situated cottage right on the lake, full of charm and set in wonderfully peaceful surroundings. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the bakery and the harbor (which serves delicious pizza). The little touches, like the coffee machine with capsules and plenty of toilet paper, also made our stay very pleasant. With a few small touches—a bit more dishware, storage space, and a coat rack in the entryway, as well as some minor tweaks to the heating, bicycles, and cables—you could add even more warmth and charm to this already special place.

The vacation rental is open, bright, and beautiful, with a cozy yet modern interior. Music and radio drama enthusiasts will feel right at home here. The estate grounds are spacious, lovingly landscaped, and offer a unique atmosphere. Dogs and children are out and about, and in the evenings, the lights create a wonderful ambiance.

The house is very charming. It was built by the owner with great care and respect for the site and the materials. It’s located at the edge of the forest with a fantastic view of the Scanian countryside, close to the owner’s house (but “facing away”), so you can enjoy the feeling of living on your own at the edge of the forest. A farm with chickens, pigs, and cows—great for an energetic dog that can run around—and certainly for children as well. A fantastic area for hiking in the Skåne forests and along the lakes.
