Charming old wooden house in a perfect location above the Baltic Sea beach. Property in a discreet, established neighborhood with quiet, respectable neighbors in owner-occupied properties. House with large lawn and two beautiful wooden terraces. Property close to an old beech forest, which fits in very well with the Baltic Sea. Good road location, as it is a cul-de-sac leading to the beach (no traffic looking for parking!). Kelstup beach is a 2-minute walk away and connects to the Hejsager bathing beach.
