The vacation home is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The whirlpool on the terrace also invites you to linger. The surroundings are fantastic, the view of the fjord and the mountains from the terrace is fantastic. Many smaller hikes are possible directly from the vacation home.

The best house we have ever stayed in. It had more than any other place. All beds were made, lots of towels and even bath robes. The kitchen was fully equipped and nothing was missed. If it were, you could always ask Heidi, Inge and Geir who would go out of their way to provide anything. The calm, quaint and beautiful surroundings of the farm were marvelous as were our hosts. After a week we felt like home and friends and family. Everyone treated us with such kindness and eagerness to share their home and their knowledge. We wanted to stay longer. Bestefar was the best 🙏😀. He took our daughter on the pony and our son fishing. We fell in love with the sheep and the views. All in all: it was a great week and we enjoyed every moment and will return.

We had 3 wonderful days and 4 wonderful nights at Heidis and Inges Farmhouse. Already before our arrival they made sure everything was settled and even prepared the hot tub for our arrival so that we could relax after a long drive. Once there, there was nothing more we could have asked for: The old farmhouse was renovated with so much love for detail that it could easily be featured in an architectural magazine. It created an immediate feeling of being at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cock a dinner and if you feel for some BBQ, Heidi, Inge and Geir were extremely helpful in setting up the BBQ hut which creates a cozy and lovely atmosphere, even if it is raining outside. The surroundings offer a stunning view over the valley, the woods, and the fields where sheep are roaming around (also from the hot tub) - a perfect retreat from busy city-life. The location served us as a basis for several trips in the surrounding area - and we were always very happy to return and relax in the evening at the Farmhouse. For us, it was one of the most perfect accommodations we have experienced, and we are certain that it was not the last time we visited!
