Our stay was perfect in every way. The house was superbly equipped—in person, everything was even higher quality and more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is wonderful: nice and quiet, and ideal for going for walks or running errands. The surroundings are very pleasant and invite you to relax. We were especially thrilled with the large garden. The kids had plenty of space to play, which made our stay as a family particularly enjoyable. Another thing we really appreciated: There were lots of games for different age groups, as well as a nice selection of books. You can tell from every detail that everything here was set up with a lot of love and thought. We felt completely at home and would love to come back.

Maiken’s vacation home is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything your heart could desire. We immediately felt right at home, both inside and out on the spacious terrace. The cottage is quietly situated on a dead-end street, and the picturesque village of Sønderho is within easy reach on foot or by bike. The best way to get to the long (and incredibly wide :-)) sandy beach is by bike or car. It’s ideal for a Fanø vacation away from the main tourist crowds, so we highly recommend it and extend a heartfelt thank you to Maiken for the accommodation and her very friendly communication!

A quiet location among the trees. Still, it’s easy to go shopping or out to eat without having to take the car. The accommodations are nice, and the air conditioning keeps the air comfortable if it gets too hot. But most of the time, we just left the windows open and let the breeze in.
