Renovated brick house by the sandy beach

This brick house sits right on the edge of a long, child-friendly sandy beach. The house is old and charming, and we completely renovated it in 2005, so you get the best of both worlds: character and comfort. It's the kind of place where the beach is right outside your door. The house features a completely renovated interior set against the warm backdrop of brick walls. A heat pump keeps the house comfortably warm all winter, and the wood-burning stove provides extra warmth on cold evenings. The house has solar panels on the roof. Outside, you've got direct access to the long sandy beach right on the waterfront. The beach is child-friendly and perfect for a morning swim or an afternoon stroll along the water’s edge. There’s plenty of room here for the whole family to spread out. The Hindsholm Peninsula and Fyens Hoved offer stunning natural scenery. Nearby is the summer resort town of Kerteminde, home to the Johannes Larsen Museum, Fjord & Bælt, and many restaurants. Odense, the city of H.C. Andersen, is about half an hour from Dalby Bay.
