Andalusian home with gym, pool and guest house

The red door with its fish-shaped knocker's a clear sign that this house has a character all its own. Designed in the traditional Andalusian architectural style by award-winning architect Donald Gray, you can explore it little by little, at your own pace. The main house and the guest house form a complex designed for gathering together while still allowing for personal space.

The main house has four bedrooms: the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the ground floor, and three more on the upper floor—one with an en suite bathroom and two with a shared bathroom. The guest house, which is step-free, has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a kitchen with a separate dining area, and a living room.

Outside, you'll find a garden, a saltwater pool, and covered areas for enjoying the outdoors. For group activities, we've got classic table football, ping-pong, and board games. The gym, equipped with exercise machines, a Pilates reformer, a sauna, and a hot tub, rounds out the leisure options without your having to leave the house.

La Virginia is a small enclave on Marbella’s Golden Mile, designed by Donald Gray. You can stroll through its narrow streets lined with white houses and visit the Santa Clara Chapel. You can set out on foot right from the house, and within a 10- to 15-minute walk, there are longer hiking trails; there’s also golf at Río Real, Los Naranjos, and Atalaya, and tennis at Fuente Romano or the Manolo Santana Racquetes Club.
