Original 1960s summer house with wild garden

This vacation home is an original house from the 1960s, and the owners have deliberately preserved the interior as close to the original as possible. Pheasants and deer regularly stop by, and the 3,000-square-meter lot gives you plenty of space to spread out.

The decor reflects the house’s age in the best possible way. The original character has been preserved throughout the house, so you step into a space that feels thoughtfully designed and authentic. The living room has direct access to the south-facing terrace.

Outside, you’ll find two terraces: one south-facing, extending from the living room, and one covered at the gable end, where a grapevine grows beneath the roof. The kids can explore the wild garden, and there’s also a treehouse on the property.

Ellinge Lyng Beach is a child-friendly sandy beach nearby. The vacation home is located in Geopark Odsherred, which offers numerous hiking trails. The harbor town on the Sjællands Odde peninsula is also worth a visit.
