You’ll live in a beautiful luxury apartment with high ceilings, original paneling, and paneled doors—a home designed for those who appreciate authenticity and a central location. The apartment has been carefully renovated with respect for the building’s original style and period materials such as marble.

The layout consists of a living room, dining room, and bedroom with access to a small balcony. Additionally, you’ll find a kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is best suited for a couple, but it’s possible to set up a bed on the sofa in the living room. We have both a dog and a cat, so the apartment is not allergy-friendly.

You can enjoy the Glyptotek’s park right across the street or explore the area around Christiansborg on your way to Strøget, which is just a 12-minute walk from the apartment. The Bølgen Harbor Bath is only 250 meters away—perfect for a refreshing swim in both summer and winter.

The cultural district offers attractions such as the Glyptotek, Tivoli, the National Museum, and the Black Diamond. The footbridge at BLOX connects the city center with Christianshavn and invites you to take walks along the waterfront past Nyhavn and the Opera House.
