Architect-designed villa by Lake Lången

FANTASTIC house with a beautiful view We rented Maria and Oskar’s large, lovely house for a week in mid-July 2026 for the whole family: 7 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby. The house was perfect for such a large family, offering plenty of opportunities to spend time together in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen-dining area, but also the chance to retreat to the cozy living room with a TV and games, or to the simple bedrooms with very comfortable beds! The house is extremely well-equipped—it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It’s also decorated in a cozy and homey style. Maria and Oskar welcomed us upon arrival and walked us through all the many amenities the house and surrounding area have to offer. We felt VERY welcome <3 We loved everything about the house—both inside and out. The large wooden decks all around invited us to relax, barbecue, and play, while we enjoyed the beautiful view—through the birch trunks and over the family’s flocks of sheep—down to the blue lake. We were lucky enough to pick several kilograms of exceptionally delicious chanterelles in the surrounding forests during our stay—and they tasted wonderful. On Maria and Oskar’s recommendation, we visited the cozy waffle café nearby, which was a huge hit with both kids and adults. Come here if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and need to relax in peace and quiet. We can wholeheartedly recommend Maria and Oskar’s lovely newly built house in every way!
