Holiday home between Blokhus beach and forest

As soon as you turn into Blokhus and find our beautiful holiday home, you quickly sense the tranquility. The car door opens and the gentle sound of the sea is in the background, and the seaweed blows quietly in the wind. It gives you a wonderful feeling and atmosphere, it's just nice to be here and your shoulders drop.

The first thing we do is get out our hiking boots and take a walk through the plantation and down to the beach.

On the way home, we usually stop by Blokhus town to soak up the great atmosphere and often end up with a take-away to enjoy in the cottage.

As we are an active family, we often run and mountain bike in the plantation where there are marked routes and the area is adjacent to Blokhus Gateway.

Every season has its charm and we enjoy every time of year.

Summer goes without saying. Hygge and togetherness by the North Sea, the beach and on our beautiful terrace right next to nature. A large awning can provide shelter from the sun and a little rain.

Winter and Christmas are very special to us - the atmosphere in Blokhus is like a "Winter wonderland" with an ice rink and light festival in Skulpturparken v/Hune, which you drive through before Blokhus.
