From this modern high-mountain cabin at 1,000 metres above sea level, you can enjoy a unique closeness to nature. Just a few hundred metres from the tree line, the majestic high mountains await, with windows that ensure you never miss the view—even when snow covers parts of the windows in winter.

Inside, the cabin's practically furnished with two separate living areas, perfect for both socialising and quiet time. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and blur the line between indoors and outdoors, while the functional floor plan provides ample space for both relaxation and socialising.

We've deliberately kept the outdoor area natural to let the surrounding mountain landscape express itself. Two terraces, facing east and west, let you enjoy both the morning and evening sun. As an added bonus, there’s an outdoor shower on the east side—a unique experience in the mountain air.

The cabin's the perfect starting point for nature adventures all year round. In winter, groomed ski trails lie just 100 metres away, while summer offers a network of hiking trails for all skill levels. Ål Ski Centre's 20 minutes away, and you can reach both Geilo and Hemsedal within an hour. In downtown Ål, 20 kilometres away, you’ll find a rich cultural scene with everything from a cinema to art exhibitions.
