This bright villa welcomes you just a two-minute walk from Brignogan’s most beautiful beaches, in a peaceful setting. You’ll enjoy a 15-meter-long indoor saltwater pool heated to 28°C—the largest on the coast—as well as a 37°C spa. The town center, restaurants, bar, and shops are also within walking distance.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room bathed in light from morning to night. The large picture windows open onto a pleasant terrace perfect for meals and relaxation. The over 100 m² aquatic area includes the indoor pool, the spa, a shower, and a restroom.

You have three large bedrooms on the ground floor, each over 20 m². Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a television. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance.
