Your holiday home sits on a hill on the outskirts of the village and offers a sweeping panoramic view of the Eifel landscape. The modern house spans two levels and combines living close to nature with thoughtful comforts. Large windows bring the landscape into the house, while you'll enjoy the peace and quiet from the two terraces and your own garden.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a bedroom. A staircase leads to the light-filled living room with a panoramic window and an adjoining bathroom. A loft with a desk leads to the spacious bedroom under the roof. Electric roller shutters, underfloor heating with a heat pump, and harmonious solid-wood furniture create a pleasant living atmosphere. You can book bed linen and towels directly with the hostess for an additional fee.

The large patio at the front of the house offers plenty of space to sit outside and take in the view of the countryside. Behind the house, you'll find another patio and a private garden. Thanks to the open staircase, the house is ideal for couples or, upon request, for families with toddlers. However, it's not suitable for toddlers who are already walking.

You'll find parking right next to the building. There's a lockable shed with a charging point for bicycles.

The Eifel National Park's an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours through forests and across meadows. Lake Laach, Maria Laach Abbey, and the Nürburgring are also worthwhile destinations. In addition, the Ahr Valley with its Red Wine Hiking Trail, the maars of the Vulkaneifel, and Eltz Castle invite visitors to explore the region.
