My name is Birgitte and I bought this cozy cottage together with my husband in 2009. Since we took over, we've added a two-bedroom annex and created several patios. The cabin has been fitted with new windows and paneling, and a new bathroom has been built in the basement. The cabin has been, and still is, a sanctuary when I want silence and peace of mind. I like to take my morning coffee outside while enjoying the beautiful view that I never get tired of.
When I'm at the cabin, I'm mostly out on the property. I like to take a walk in the woods to pick berries or mushrooms when it's in season. On sunny days, I like to go to the beach. Fagerstrand has Nesodden's largest sandy beach. There are good parking facilities close to the beach. I like to take a trip to Drøbak a few times during the summer. Cozy little town with nice shops and restaurants.
