There were several chairs in the living room that sank all the way down when you sat down. There are 3 double bedrooms (6 people) in the house, but only 4 lounge chairs by the pool. We could have used a table on the side facing the pool; we had to move the table that was there back and forth, and it was a bit heavy. The garden was watered from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., and we could hear it in the room at the bottom of the house as a buzzing sound (it woke us up every day). Finally, the water cut out three times on Monday, and when we got in touch with the owner, it sounded like they were well aware there were problems (so why didn’t they fix it?). The house—with the pool, air conditioning, and internet—worked perfectly, and it had a perfect view of Lucca. Martina is a fantastic host.
