Hello, I am Andrea and welcome you to the Villa on the island of Usedom. Our goal was to create a sustainable architectural and vacation experience that did not exist before. From a nature-loving project in a prominent, historic beach location, this villa was created, for which I am taking over the management. Modern and individual architecture meets a venerable monument here. I myself enjoy coming to this place to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
