The upper floor has three bedrooms, a small study, a bathroom, and a terrace. The lower floor's separate: it's got its own bedroom, shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and an open-plan kitchen-dining area. You can comfortably split up between the two floors.

The house stands in the heart of the Collserola nature reserve, surrounded by holm oaks and, in spring, mimosas.
