The living room floor has underfloor heating, which invites you to spend cozy moments inside in winter with a good coffee from the house espresso machine. The bathroom is an extension of one of the rooms.

The large lawn around the house invites both relaxation and activity. Here you'll find a built-in sandbox on the terrace, space for ball games and a fire pit.

You can swim and catch crabs from the jetty by the beach. A short walk along the beach takes you to the local campsite where you can buy ice cream. The area offers plenty of opportunities to spot deer, squirrels, herons and birds of prey.
