Eco-friendly holiday home near the Baltic Sea

In this wooden house, designed according to eco-friendly building standards, you can enjoy a vacation close to nature without sacrificing comfort. The barrier-free ground floor and the well-thought-out layout across two stories can accommodate up to six people.

The high-quality Team 7 kitchen opens onto the living and dining area, where you can cook together, play games, or relax by the wood-burning stove. Large windows in every room provide natural light and a magnificent view of the Mecklenburg countryside.

Two covered terraces and a wraparound deck allow you to sit outside sheltered from the weather. In the perennial garden, you’ll find a paradise for insects as well as fresh berries and kitchen herbs to harvest. The natural swimming pond at the nearby manor house offers a place to cool off, and the optional sauna provides a spot to warm up on colder days.

From here, it’s just 10 km to the sea. The UNESCO World Heritage cities of Wismar and Lübeck are perfect for day trips. Explore the region on the well-maintained bike paths or simply enjoy the peace and quiet under Parin’s clear starry sky.

Finally, a very practical note for clarification: As you can see in the details, we—Christiane and Raymund—are unable to provide bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen linens ourselves for organizational reasons. However, our caretaker will provide you with laundry packages upon request. They include bed linens, terry towels, bath mats, dish towels, and dishcloths and cost 20 euros per person. You are also welcome to bring your own. Please just let us know what works best for you.
