Casale with pool and views over the Adriatic

Casale, built in 1870, is located on the Sgariglia estate, surrounded by oak, olive, almond, and fig trees. The property is secluded enough to feel like a true retreat, yet the coastlines near Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto and the most picturesque villages in the Marche region’s interior are all within easy reach.

The ground floor is housed in the old stables with vaulted ceilings and features a kitchen, a living room, and a small museum dedicated to rural culture. On the first floor are four double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a living room with a fireplace. At the top of the house is the TV room with a large screen.

Outside, a spacious veranda awaits with a large cedarwood table for meals. The 15-meter-long swimming pool is positioned so that one can look out over the Adriatic Sea from the water. A small cactus and succulent garden leads to the orangery, a peaceful retreat with panoramic views, surrounded by jasmine plants.

From the large green lawn, a path leads to a viewpoint overlooking the Adriatic coast and the port of San Benedetto del Tronto. Guests can visit Villa Sgariglia, a historic 18th-century building with terraces planted with orange and lemon trees, and enjoy an aperitif in the villa’s gardens.
