Villa with Views in Sierra de las Nieves, Marbella

This single-storey villa's designed to let you enjoy life both indoors and outdoors. With three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a private pool, you can relax surrounded by nature without sacrificing proximity to Marbella and Puerto Banús, just 10 minutes away.

The open-plan living room features a large sofa, a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV. The master bedroom and living room open directly onto the terrace and pool. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. There's covered parking for one car.

Outside, the spacious terrace with a covered barbecue area is perfect for dining al fresco. Next to the pool, you can sunbathe on the sunny spot, and in the backyard there's an outdoor hot-water shower. The neighbourhood's quiet, with no traffic.

The villa's located between Istán and Puerto Banús, 7 km from each. Istán's part of the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, which offers walking and cycling trails. In the village, you’ll find restaurants, local shops and a Saturday market. There's a bus service, though a car's recommended.
