You’ll be staying in a newly renovated house from 2023 that feels as though it’s always been here—with Falun red siding, a gabled roof, and authentic Viennese latticework. Light, solid materials and white-waxed wood floors create a summery atmosphere where you can relax together.

The house features airy living spaces and a spacious kitchen with a dining area. Four bedrooms, a loft, and two full bathrooms provide plenty of room for everyone. The decor blends new designer furniture with heirlooms and unique flea market finds.

The large wooden deck wraps around the house and invites you to enjoy barbecue evenings and long moments on the lounge sofa. The garden is green and lush with shrubs, flowers, berries, and vegetables that thrive in the Öland sun.

In picturesque Stora Rör, just north of Färjestaden, there is a marina with a swimming area only 500 meters away. You’ll find a bakery, café, restaurant, and tennis courts right across the street. Hiking trails in the forest, mountain bike trails, and the Ekerum Golf Resort are nearby.
