Private villa in the Landes

A 15-hectare private estate in the Landes region, featuring a forest, a lake, and a nearly 800-square-meter villa renovated in 2025: the Villa is one of those places where space and tranquility become a luxury in themselves. The 1970s architecture has been preserved, while the amenities have been completely redesigned.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in light throughout the day and open the living areas onto the natural surroundings. Seven suites, spacious reception areas, a private movie theater, and high-end finishes make up the interior, which is elegant without being stuffy.

Outside, the estate offers a range of amenities: a 12 x 4 m heated pool with an adjustable floor, a padel court, a half-size basketball court, a 100 m² gym, a private lake with a dock, and expansive green spaces.
