Holiday home in peaceful forest area near Rørvig

The house is located in a former forest area that became a summer cottage neighborhood in the 1950s. Gravel roads and old trees create an authentic and peaceful atmosphere. You have privacy on the large terrace facing the garden, even though there are neighbors, and from here there is no view of the surrounding houses.

The heart of the house is the newly built open kitchen, which keeps you connected with the family while you cook. There is a small dining table for four with a view of the garden and a living room with a fireplace and double doors leading out to the garden with Swiss stone pine trees. All this forms one continuous space.

The garden has Swiss pine and a small gravel path leading up to the house. The sun hits the main terrace from noon until almost sunset. If you prefer your morning coffee in the early sun, there is a smaller terrace perfectly located for just that.

The two nearest beaches have shallow, child-friendly water and bathing jetties - and they never feel crowded. It is a 5-8 minute drive to Nykøbing Sjælland with supermarkets and cafes. Visit Odden Harbor for fresh fish or Birkemosegaard for organic produce.
