The villa is a truly special place—a home steeped in history, character, and soul. The moment you step through the door, you’ll sense that this is a temporary home that blends the charm of bygone eras with modern comforts. From the terrace, a breathtaking view unfolds over the rolling hills and deep forests of the Odenwald.
Inside, the historic atmosphere has been lovingly preserved. Stylish furnishings evoke bygone eras without sacrificing comfort. Particularly impressive is the large turn-of-the-century sofa. The centerpiece is the spacious dining table, which comfortably seats six to eight people—perfect for shared meals and long conversations.
The small, wild and romantic garden blends harmoniously into the hillside. Among the shrubs and small trees, you’ll find your own favorite spot—for reading, daydreaming, or simply enjoying the soothing tranquility. The villa is a true place of rejuvenation where you can slow down and leave everyday life behind.
The small pedestrian zone of Lindenfels is just a few minutes’ walk away. Only 10 minutes away stands the historic Lindenfels Castle, offering magnificent views over the Odenwald. The unique Felsenmeer near Reichenbach, Heidelberg with its world-famous castle, and the picturesque half-timbered town of Miltenberg am Main are perfect destinations for varied day trips.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

Between 2020 and 2023, we carefully restored the villa, which was built in 1902 as a summer residence. Our goal was to preserve its original character and bring the soul of the house back to life. The villa uniquely blends history, architecture, and nature.
