New beach house steps from Kervennni Bay

The house is located just 100 meters from Kervennni Bay—you can reach the sea on foot in just a few minutes. Several restaurants and bars are right nearby, and the famous Île Vierge Lighthouse, Europe’s tallest stone lighthouse, is just a stone’s throw away.

Built in 2026, this vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The spacious living area, featuring an open, modern kitchen and a small bar, invites you to relax. A large sliding door leads directly from inside to the terrace and garden. Your dogs are welcome here.

In the 400 m² garden, you’ll find outdoor furniture and an inflatable hot tub, which is heated from May 15 to September 15. The garden is not fully fenced.
