The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and heated floors. A separate guest cottage with two beds is located near the main building.

The property is partly natural woodland and partly overgrown with apple trees, plum trees, shrubs, and a lawn. The wooden deck is right next to the house and invites you to enjoy long evenings outdoors.
