Stilted cabins near Loctudy beach

The location was excellent: semi-secluded on a fairly large plot, surrounded by fields and woods. Perfect for privacy both indoors and outdoors. And close to a great beach. The cabin was practically and stylishly designed, and worked very well despite its limited size. The angled sliding door to the terrace makes the cabin seem a lot bigger than it actually is. (I would not recommend a family of four to stay here unless the weather allows opening these doors, however. It would quickly feel very cramped if we had to stay inside.) The main issue we had was the heat indoors. During the day this is solved by opening all doors and windows. But the nights were very uncomfortable, with both bedrooms upstairs under the baking roof. As there is no AC (which is fine), you rely strictly on natural circulation and ventilation. However there is only one small window in each bedroom and there was virtually no natural circulation. The rooms remained very hot all night. This made it hard to sleep properly, notably for our children. Our improvement suggestions are: 1) install mosquito nets also in the toilet and bathroom, so one can keep those windows and doors open throughout the night and get more natural circulation 2) install simple mechanical fans in both bedrooms, again to improve circulation and especially in the far part of the beds where the ceiling comes down/furthest from the windows
