The location right on the Achterwasser is a gift from nature: here you'll enjoy spectacular views and a deep sense of tranquillity that unfolds its very own magic, especially in winter under the clear Nordic starry sky.

The house features two spacious retreats—one of which you'll call home—that perfectly blend elegance and comfort. At the heart of each flat is the light-filled living room with a crackling fireplace and an open Bulthaup kitchen—the ideal place for long evenings and good conversation. We've carefully curated the Scandinavian décor to create an atmosphere that's both sophisticated and wonderfully unpretentious. From the minimalist designer bathrooms to the soft textiles in the two cosy bedrooms, we've thought through every detail.

Outside, a garden with an almost enchanted atmosphere awaits you. Here, you can simply lie on the grass, unwind, and let your gaze wander far into the distance. We welcome a maximum of two dogs in our holiday home. You must arrange any other pets in advance.

Here, Usedom shows its most peaceful side. Whether you’re cycling through fragrant pine forests, soaking up history in the imperial spas, or discovering local treasures at “Villa Kunterbunt”—the island offers countless favourite spots. And for active travellers, the water right outside the door awaits for sailing or surfing.
