At the dining table, you have a view of the garden through the large window. Here you can gather around a board game with something warm to drink on days when the weather is more conducive to indoor cosiness, but you still want to feel connected to nature. The living room also has a real floating sofa where you can gather and enjoy each other's company.
The house has three different terraces. One is a real cozy corner in the middle of the wild garden, where you can completely relax and maybe take a nap on the outdoor sofa.

Our names are Christina and Nicolai, and we are from Ny Hammersholt. When we are at our lovely summer house, this is where we can truly retreat and relax. Either indoors with a good book on the sofa and a fire in the fireplace, or outside on the beautiful natural grounds in a deck chair.
If we need a little excitement, we just walk up to "Haven," where there is a microbakery, ice cream parlor, restaurant, and mini golf nearby. Or we cycle to the beach or to Rørvig—there is plenty of life and fun to be had.
When we took over the summer house, our mission was to renovate it in such a way that it would still be possible to feel the soul of the summer house. We think we have succeeded very well in this. Originally, the summer house was only 36 square meters, but we extended it in 2022, so it is now twice as big. We prioritized having a spacious living room so that there is plenty of room for everyone.
In 2025, we slowly started our next project: updating the outdoor areas with new garden furniture, etc., so new things are gradually being added.
When we are here, we cycle and hike a lot in the local area and the rest of Odsherred. We go for walks in the rolling hills from Nakke to Korshage Strand. We also visit beautiful Rørvig, which has a very special atmosphere with its harbor and small shops that you can explore.
