House with sea view on Gotland

Inside, it’s hard to pick a favorite spot as the sunsets move along the horizon outside the windows. The bedrooms have been recently renovated and the facade freshly painted. Outside, both the front and back offer outdoor living with the property’s pine and juniper trees as a natural backdrop.

Just below the property, a meadow and the coastline open up. Kovik, with its sandy beach and rich birdlife, is a couple of kilometers away, and Tofta, one of Sweden’s finest sandy beaches, is eight kilometers away. From Klintehamn, a boat departs for Stora Karlsö with its fantastic birdlife.

Just 7 minutes away, you’ll find one of Sweden’s best golf courses. Drive down to Djupvik for lunch and continue along the Eksta Coast, a nature reserve where Lilla Karlsö feels close enough to touch. In Sanda, Stenhuse Farm serves waffles and Skagen sandwiches. Klintehamn has a grocery store, bakery, and restaurants, and the bus stop provides a connection to Visby.
