This architect-designed house is located on a private headland at Juven with a 270° view of the water. You have your own bathing jetty, terrace, and rowboat with electric motor for free use. The house has been transformed from a dilapidated cottage into a 120 m² modern Scandinavian cottage through a family project in 2024-2025.

Inside, you will find an open-plan kitchen-living room with high sliding doors leading to the living room. The house has four bedrooms spread over two wings, with the master bedroom offering direct views of the lake.

From the sunny terraces, you can walk straight down to your private bathing jetty on the lake shore. The house is located in a secluded spot in the forest on a small headland, where you can fish for pike, perch, and zander from the boat. In winter, the area is perfect for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing nearby.

Åseda, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation, is only 7 km away. In the area, you will find activity parks, glassworks, MTB tracks, and local country restaurants. In summer, there are swimming spots and flea markets, while winter offers opportunities for cross-country and alpine skiing.
