This architect-designed house is situated on a private headland at Juven, offering a 270° view of the water. You have your own swimming dock, terrace, and rowboat with an electric motor for your exclusive use. The house was transformed from a run-down cabin into a 120 m² modern Scandinavian cabin through a family project in 2024–2025.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen-dining area with tall sliding doors leading to the living room. The house has four bedrooms spread across two wings, with the master bedroom offering a direct view of the lake.

From the sunny terraces, you can walk directly down to your private dock on the lakeshore. The house is situated in complete seclusion in the forest on a small headland, where you can fish for pike, perch, and zander from the boat. In winter, the area is perfect for cross-country skiing and alpine skiing nearby. You’ll find a sauna on the lakeshore with both indoor and outdoor showers.

Just 7 km away is Åseda, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation. In the area, you’ll find activity parks, glassblowing studios, MTB trails, and local country restaurants. In the summer, there are swimming spots and flea markets, while winter offers opportunities for cross-country and alpine skiing.
