Located in a quiet area of Llançà, near Grifeu and just a stone’s throw from the sea, it stands out especially for its large terrace that opens onto the landscape and offers views of Cap de Creus.

Natural light streams in throughout the day, creating a serene, warm, and pleasant atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors. The apartment has been recently renovated in a simple and refined Mediterranean style, combining natural materials, soft tones, and functional spaces designed for sharing moments.
