My name is Rikke and this is my family's holiday home. Here we can really relax and find peace for both eye and soul. We love the seaside hotel atmosphere, our new sauna and the large terrace where we can easily spend most of the day. There are several beaches close by, and from the private beach staircase there is a beautiful view of the North Coast. When we are here, we often visit the center of Tisvildeleje a kilometer away and go to a café or buy ice cream. The beautiful nature in the area, such as the Tisvilde Hegn plantation, is also something we really appreciate. We hope you will enjoy your stay and take good care of our lovely cottage.

Rikke was very nice to deal with and responded quickly to our questions. The house is located in a beautiful area and is overall very nice. However, some of the kitchenware was very outdated like the cutting boards and knives. We had to go buy our own since those were unusable. The amount of cookware (different plates, cups, pans&pots) was also very little if you like too cook a larger meal. For bigger groups the lack of second bathroom might be a problem. There was also a problem with the washing machine flooding the floor everytime we used it.
The beds were very nice which we appreciated a lot. The plankets and pillows looked a bit dated and with some old stains.
Over all our experience was good besides the issues mentioned above and once the outdoor spa is ready the back yard will be a perfect spot to enjoy summer day with the sun shining the entire day. The price point of the villa and marketing gives expectation of a premium holiday house so those small things mentioned above are something you'd not expect to encounter.
