New house 200 meters from the waterfront

The vacation home was newly built in 2020 using high-quality materials, featuring a new kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a cozy sofa area with plenty of space to relax in front of the TV. Of course, the house is also equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Here, you can enjoy vacation home life and nature no matter the season.

The fact that the sea is just 230 meters from the house and can be seen from the terrace certainly adds to the appeal.

The kitchen/living/family room is the heart of the house. The large floor-to-ceiling windows help bring nature right into the living room. In the summer, the folding doors open, and the cottage, wooden deck, and garden become one.

The natural surroundings are exceptionally beautiful, and we can confidently promise there’s something for everyone. There are wonderful hiking trails, mountain biking, and kayaking. We’re happy to offer tips, as we’re active ourselves on mountain bikes, in kayaks, and in hiking boots.

If you’d rather sit on a bench and enjoy the view of the sea, keep an eye out for porpoises, which often come very close to the shore.

The charming Norsminde Harbor is just a 10-minute walk from the cottage. Here you’ll find a crab bridge, a barbecue area, a boat launch, sailboats, and—during the summer months—an ice cream shop.

At Norsminde Fiskehus, you can buy fresh fish to take home—or you can sit down in the restaurant and enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the view and the harbor atmosphere.

Norsminde Fjord, which is now a protected bird sanctuary, is also worth a visit. It is quiet and very beautiful here, and best experienced by kayak.
