The constant sea breeze keeps the villa cool even in August, eliminating the need for air conditioning. Surrounded by century-old pine trees in a private, gated community, this Mediterranean villa features five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten people.

On the first floor, there is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave; a living room with a fireplace and a Smart TV with Netflix; a dining room; a bedroom with an en suite bathroom; and a bedroom for two children. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace.

The villa sits in the center of a large V-shaped ravine overlooking the sea. The gated community provides access to a 500-meter private sandy beach, reserved exclusively for residents. The heated pool is available at an additional cost.

Within the complex there is a supermarket, tennis courts, a beach café, and a beach club restaurant with live music. There is a bus stop with service to Tossa de Mar, 3 km away, and to Lloret de Mar, 7 km away. Express trains to Barcelona and Girona depart from both towns, and Girona Airport is a 30-minute drive away.
