Historic farmhouse with pool near Narni

This 19th-century farmhouse retains its original charm with exposed terracotta ceilings, an ancient arch, and stonework on the façade. In 2024, we completely renovated the pool, kitchen, and bathrooms, creating a space where history and modern comfort meet.

The interiors combine the authenticity of the historic structures with carefully selected period furnishings. The spaces retain the rustic character of the farmhouse, enhanced by the original ceilings and exposed stonework.

The garden continues to grow year after year, surrounding the property with greenery and tranquility. The renovated swimming pool offers a relaxing corner surrounded by nature. In the evening, the silence of the surrounding woods allows you to spot a few fawns approaching.
