From the balcony on the first floor, you have a fantastic view of Skagen. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset or watch the New Year’s fireworks over the rooftops. The house allows you to spread out across multiple floors, so there’s room for both socializing and quiet reflection.

The yard invites you to spend many hours outdoors. Here you’ll find various seating and dining areas, so you can choose between sun and shade throughout the day. There’s space for ball games by the basketball hoop, and the garden blooms beautifully with lavender and hollyhocks. The courtyard will quickly become the family’s favorite gathering spot for card games and long conversations.

You’re just a five-minute walk from the playground at Kappelborg and can bike to the giant sand dunes at Damstederne. Sønderstrand is close by for morning swims, and from here there are great bike routes to the sand-covered church. Shops and the harbor are within a short distance, and you can watch the harbor life right from the house.
