The large 3000 m² natural plot is an adventure in itself with many cozy corners, trees and shrubs. The south-facing terrace is a natural summer gathering place, while the west-facing evening terrace by the garage offers an outdoor kitchen and cozy fire pit.

Marielyst's famous beach with its fine, soft sand and calm, shallow water is just a three-minute walk away. The area offers beautiful nature experiences in Bøtø plantation, and you can enjoy local specialties at Tante Carla, Marielyst Is or the farm shop on Ringvejen.
