A historic 19th-century farmhouse meets contemporary design. The careful, eco-friendly restoration combines traditional elements such as arched windows and antique roof tiles with modern touches.
The 150 square meters are spread over two floors with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The light-filled living area in the attic offers a cozy reading nook, while the two ground-floor bedrooms stay pleasantly cool in the summer.
Natural materials such as Douglas fir planks from the Mark Brandenburg, clay plaster, and lime wash create a healthy indoor climate. The spectacular window front opens the kitchen and dining room onto the spacious garden with fruit trees, perennials, and herb beds.
The region offers a variety of activities: from the Schorfheide Climbing Forest to the Templin Natural Thermal Baths and the historic Chorin Monastery. Culinary highlights can be found at Maik’s Hofwirtschaft and the Groß Fredenwalde Inn, both serving regional cuisine.
We charge €15 per person plus a small service fee for use of the garden sauna. The price includes a bathrobe, sauna towel, slippers, and selected infusion oils. The costs will be billed separately. Please let us know if you’d like to use the sauna when you make your booking request so we can prepare everything for you.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

We, Pauline van Haren Noman and Sebastian Müller, purchased this special home in 2018 and have lovingly restored it. It has become our personal retreat, where we have spent beautiful summer days and celebrated family gatherings. Now we would like to share this place of tranquility and connection with nature with others.
