We welcome you to a boutique farmhouse converted from an old Tuscan farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Our organic farm produces wine and oil, while the six apartments offer a retreat where peace, nature, and modern comforts come together. The sea at Bolgheri is just a short walk away.

The apartments are bright and meticulously detailed, with natural materials and a minimalist aesthetic that invites you to slow down. Each accommodation has private outdoor spaces, perfect for reading, having breakfast, or listening to the sounds of the garden in an atmosphere that feels like home.

The year-round heated pool overlooks the olive trees and the hill of Castagneto Carducci, offering moments of tranquility that change with the seasons. The musical garden surrounding the property is home to over 50 botanical species, accompanied by a discreet soundtrack.
