Family cabin for many in the high mountains

In a high mountain area in southern Norway, this beautiful and distinctive Norwegian log cabin awaits you, where you can enjoy a lovely break from everyday life in an unspoiled natural and calming setting. Here you can hike in the mountains, enjoy the cabin and simply relax or take advantage of the many ski trails in the area. You'll always have a view of the mountains.

Your host has built the cabin himself using materials from his own forest, and you really notice that time and effort has been put into every single piece of furniture. The result is a cabin gem that can only be described as the essence of Norwegian cabin atmosphere, with beautiful wood-burning stoves where you can see the flames dancing, rose paint and beds with beautiful wooden carvings combined with modern luxury.

With a total of 15 beds in four bedrooms and a loft, the cabin is perfect for intergenerational gatherings or for inviting all your friends on a cabin trip. Here you can let your guard down and enjoy cooking in the large kitchen, eating and cuddling together around the dining table for hours and relaxing in front of the stove. If you need to get nice and warm again after skiing, you can take a hot bath with a view of the sky through the skylight.

The cabin is located in a high mountain area 920 meters above sea level, where you are guaranteed snow in winter. Here you can go hiking in the summer and ski on the many trails outside the cabin, or go alpine skiing or snowboarding on the slopes just five minutes away in the winter.
