This lovingly restored thatched-roof house from 1845 combines Northern German charm with modern living comfort across 100 m². You'll stay in your own cosy half of the house, which accommodates up to six people—the perfect base in a quiet village setting right next to the Brodauer Mühle golf course. One dog's welcome here. If you’d like to bring two or more dogs, please send us a brief inquiry in advance. Other pets aren't permitted. The living and dining area features a wood-burning stove that provides warmth on cooler days. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms offer ample space and privacy. The kitchen's fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. On the furnished patio you can enjoy the peaceful countryside, share a meal together or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. You share the large garden with a barbecue area with other guests, and there's a private parking space on the property.
The Baltic Sea resort town of Grömitz, with its promenade, recreational activities and fine-sand beach, lies 3.5 km away and you can reach it in about 10 minutes by car—a great starting point for days at the Baltic Sea.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

This farmhouse means a great deal to me—my mother used to live here, and I’ve made it my mission to preserve its historic details and maintain the integrity of the house.
