This 18th-century villa, built of mountain stone, stands in the Casentinesi Forests National Park, in Romagna. The five arches on the façade highlight its historic character, while inside you'll find every modern comfort. The panoramic infinity pool, sauna and hot tub round out a stay surrounded by nature.

The villa spans two levels connected by a staircase with chestnut steps. On the ground floor, there's a large dining room and a professional kitchen with direct access to the outdoor areas. Upstairs, you'll find the living room with a fireplace, three double bedrooms—one with a loft area featuring a second bed—and two bathrooms.

The 7x4-metre infinity pool, featuring two hydromassage stations, sits in the well-tended garden with a 360-degree panoramic view. Under a centuries-old mulberry tree, you’ll find an outdoor table, a wood-fired barbecue and a wood-fired oven. The outdoor wellness area includes a sauna and a hot tub. A wooden pergola serves as a carport.

Nearby, you can reach the river with its natural swimming pools, the Ridracoli Dam, and trails for hiking and mountain biking. A ten-minute walk away is the Rondinaia Church with a scenic overlook. Santa Sofia, with restaurants and amenities, is about a 15-minute drive away, while Bagno di Romagna offers nearby natural hot springs.
