Set on a private vineyard overlooking the Hérault Valley, this villa—built of natural stone and terracotta—accommodates up to ten guests in five suites with private bathrooms. The architecture evokes a Florentine country house, rooted in the landscape of southern France.

The spacious living room, featuring a fireplace and stone walls, opens onto a dining room that seats fourteen guests. The kitchen, centered around a large island, includes daily housekeeping; a private chef and sommelier can be arranged for an additional fee. Two separate suites are accessible from the garden.

The large covered terrace, punctuated by arches, features a dining table and a barbecue facing the valley. A few steps below, sun-drenched terraces surround the infinity pool. A fully equipped gym and a private sauna round out the outdoor spaces.

The estate is located near Saint-Jean-de-la-Blaquière, in the heart of the UNESCO Global Geopark Terres d’Hérault. Lake Salagou and the Cirque de Mourèze are less than thirty minutes away. Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, is about thirty minutes away. The Mediterranean beaches and the airports in Montpellier and Béziers are about fifty minutes away.
