The house accommodates up to 8 people in two sections connected by a hallway and a patio, with three parking spaces in the driveway.

The new kitchen features a central island seating four, and the two bright living rooms open onto the outdoors. The spacious master bedroom offers a soothing view and plenty of natural light. The terrace, equipped with a large table and a parasol, is perfect for al fresco dining. Bicycles and grills are available in the garage.

The Gulf of Morbihan, ranked among the world’s most beautiful bays, is just a stone’s throw away, with its islands such as Île aux Moines and Île d’Arz. From Port Navalo, you can take a ferry to Belle-Île, Houat, and Hoëdic. Shops, markets, and restaurants—all accessible on foot or by bike—offer Suscinio oysters, fresh fish, and artisanal cider.

The GR34 coastal trail runs along the peninsula, offering panoramic views of the gulf and the ocean. Port du Crouesty, the largest marina in southern Brittany, and the Rhuys-Kerver Golf Club, with its 18-hole seaside course, are both located on the peninsula. The Château de Suscinio and Vannes, less than 30 minutes away, round out the cultural attractions.
