Restored stone house in a wooded estate

We've carefully restored this traditional house, and it combines the charm of traditional materials such as oak and stone with the comfort of modern, fully equipped amenities. High-quality new bedding and wood-burning central heating help create a warm atmosphere that’s perfect for rest and relaxation.

On the ground floor, underfloor heating provides gentle, even warmth, while radiators ensure comfort upstairs. In the living room, an open fireplace invites you to gather at the end of the day in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. We've designed everything to make you feel at home the moment you arrive.

Around the house, trails and woods invite you to take a stroll wherever your heart leads you. As the seasons change, it’s not uncommon to spot wildlife or discover mushrooms. Here, nature's just a short walk away and easy to explore—no need to take the car.

Set in one of the least densely populated regions of France, the property offers an ideal setting for exploring an area rich in history and natural beauty. Nearby, you'll be able to visit the Beauval ZooParc, the royal town of Loches, the châteaux of the Loire Valley and the Brenne Regional Nature Park, or simply enjoy the state-owned forest. Tours is about an hour's drive away.
