The apartment is spread over two floors and features exposed beams and stone walls, creating an authentic and cozy atmosphere. The upper floor offers a large, bright living room with a dining area and open kitchen, while the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the lower floor.

Since the apartment is located high up, you’ll enjoy a refreshing breeze, but there are also electric fans for warmer days.

There is direct access from the living area to a small private garden furnished for al fresco dining and relaxation. The garden and this outdoor area are not shared with anyone.

The common areas include a well-maintained park with a large swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip or simply relax in the sun and enjoy the magnificent views (the swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30).

The area offers many opportunities to explore Tuscany, from the peaceful olive groves and vineyards surrounding the property to the historic cities of Lucca and Pisa and the beautiful beaches of Versilia. We recommend having a car, although a short walk will take you to the nearest village with restaurants and shops.
